U.S. based team does an outstanding job at the Nurburgring!
A race team based in New York entered a one off prototype called a "P4/5 Competizione". Originally based on a Ferrari 430 Scuderia, this team, against all odds, placed 39th overall and second in class. After the leap is their press release.

The Mecum Auto Auctions has announced a rather special car to be auctioned off this coming August in Monterey. If you have never seen a Maserati Birdcage, they are amazing little cars. Look inside one and you will see why they call it a "Birdcage". The auction is scheduled to run August 18 - 20.
