Old-World Charm and Classic Model T Fords

The Tin Lizzie Inn is a small bed and breakfast just off California Highway 41 just south of Yosemite National Park. CA-41 is also the southern entry into the park and the most direct route from Los Angeles and Fresno.

The Inn is a new construction based on old world charm and offers visitors more bang for the buck than any of the surrounding hotels or resorts. The Inn oozes with charm inside and out and what can only be described as a romantic getaway one would think there is no reason to leave. Of course Yosemite National Park is just up the road and what could possibly be better than to carry the charm of the Inn through out your entire stay – and that is to take the wheel of a classic Ford Model A Roadster.

The Inn and the Fords “Tin Lizzies” are a throw back in time for anyone who visits the Inn. It is a complete package that offers old world charm at a slower speed of the 21 century.

Visitors are allowed (after a training course with Dave) to take a Model A up into the park and cruise around for the day (Fee for the Model A Ford is in addition to the stay in the Inn) and driving one is really pretty easy and fun!
