Automotive Gem of the Appalachians


Situated on the self-proclaimed “Heritage Corner” in the hometown of former President Andrew Johnson, is a gem among the Appalachians known as the City Garage Car Museum. This museum located in Greeneville, Tennessee is home to some notable vehicles including the No. 4 Kodak Chevy 1994 Daytona 500 Winner, a 1970 Subaru Coupe, an impressive lineup for Ford Model T and Model A automobiles and so much more. A full recreation of a Texaco Station, a moonshine corner and many other amazing displays that add to this marvelous collection of vehicles. We got to talk with museum owner Kent Bewley about how he started this museum and how it brings a rich history to the quaint town by the mountains.
